Further, Ravi has in excess of 20 years experience founding and directing companies in a variety of industrial sectors including accounting, FMCG, Engineering, Logistics and Warehousing. He was appointed as Human Resources Director in Pat branched off into production and was subsequently appointed Operations Director, a position he occupies to date. Vassie was subsequently appointed as Finance Director in 2008, a position she occupies to date. She brings with her, experience from the Shipping Industry, Industrial Fastener Manufacturing Industry and Food Manufacturing Industry. Tomas has been in the food industry for over 20 years. His professional background includes heading the Operations team for King Consolidated Holdings with specific responsibility on the Franchise Division of Keg, Bimbo’s and Saddles including all aspects from Franchisee selection to procurement, while ensuring ROI at company and franchisee level. For Lusitania Food Products, Tomas held the position of Business Development which entailed procurement, Sales and Distribution throughout the Catering and Hospitality industry.
